At Grace Haven Goods, all products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our verified third‑party suppliers. Because of this fulfillment structure, shipping times may vary depending on product type, warehouse location, and carrier availability.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order is processed, it is immediately forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing.

Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available from the supplier. Some carriers may take several days to update tracking activity.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Grace Haven Goods is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Grace Haven Goods is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Claims for lost packages must be submitted to the carrier.
