Return & Refund Policy — Last Updated April 2026

Because our products are fulfilled by third‑party suppliers and shipped directly to customers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with product preferences.

We only accept returns or refunds in the following limited situations:

Eligible Return Reasons

A return or refund may be approved only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item arrived defective

  • The item received was incorrect

To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or video showing the problem

Non‑Returnable Items

To protect product integrity and comply with supplier policies, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items delivered correctly but no longer wanted

  • Items purchased by mistake

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items used, worn, or altered

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items without proof of issue

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Replacements

When possible, we will issue a replacement instead of a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or forwarded to the supplier.

Grace Haven Goods reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above.
